Do you like to read the newspaper?  I don’t.  It’s not because I’m not concerned with what’s going on in the world, or because I don’t like comics, it’s because all the news seems to be concerned about is how horrible our economy is.  It’s depressing, so I decided that I would write an article about something I consider news worthy that is actually exciting.  So here it is:  Texas is a great place to live!  Did I throw you off guard?  I probably did.  Let me explain.  Despite our economic difficulties, Texas has continued to have a healthy economy, job opportunities are plenty, and the cost of real estate has always been some of the lowest in the entire country.  Is that good news or what?

Now, what does this mean for you?  Well, have you ever thought about starting over?  Trying out a new place to live with better schools for your kids?  Maybe even the chance to even own your own home?  Then Texas is the place for you.  In fact, from a career standpoint, if you’ve been laid off, underpaid, or are just looking for a change of career, then you should consider getting into real estate in Texas.  You see, people are flocking to the state of Texas from anywhere you can imagine.  Texas needs realtors.  In fact, most people aren’t aware that you can actually get your Texas real estate license online.  Yes, I’m being serious.  You can sit on your sofa and eat Fruit Loops while you study to get your real estate license.  Now, finding online companies that will sell you these course packages is very simple.  All you have to do is go to Yahoo and type in “online real estate courses Texas.”  That’s all there is to it.  All the best with your new career.
