its not possible to get more mileage and more pick-up both in one bike, but if u can ready to spend upto 1.25lacs, i suggest go for yamaha r15 which costs 1.08lacs which have good pick up and handling of the bike super in its class…but it gives a mileage of 30kmpl.. and if u want more mileage than check out the pulser 180cc which costs u around 0.75lacs…..but before buying just go for the test drives and choose a bike which suits your requirement closer…. thanks

IN ur budget u will have r15, karizma zmr,
but as compared to zmr u go with r15 bcs small macho has a small 150cc engine but the bike is enough to compete ZMR in any aspect whether it is in
1) power
2) efficiency
3) mileage
4) engine smothness
there are many reasons to opt for a r15 in ur budget

akki i will always perfer you to buy the new bajaj pulsar 220 fi, its got a gud power and gud ability to stand by the other bikes… i have a 200 which i wil be replacing it wit 220 or ninja… but if ur person of touring than i prefer u the hero honda karizma… as it has got the soft engine which give the gud riding plesure…bye

akki i will prefer you to go for karizma PGM FI but not pulsar 220 fi and not r15. bcz engine life factor is 7 years for karizma and 5years for 220 and r15 while normal drivng. look is also great of karizma

Forget abt buying a fi engine 220 fi has been withdrawn frm d market coz of repeated faliure and same is case of HH fi engine first it got failed in glamour stunner fi n now they are trying on us in ZMR. ZMR fi is showing bad market performance. There are so many bikes standing in workshop coz of engine knocking etc

Right now, no bike can be said as the best… I was thinkin to buy either karizma or pulsar 220, but hh has no good servicing facility, pulsar 220 failed in market due to some problem, so waiting for new launches in 2010… Hope good bikes will be launched within feb 2010… Anyone knows any new bikes to be launched in 2010(similar to p220)…???

If you are looking for power, go for Pulsar or Apache or Cbzx. If you are looking for both power and mileage, go for Unicorn or Suzuki Gs150r. For only style, go for costly Fz16. If you have too much money, go for overpriced yamaha R15. All of them are good. But only Pulsar, Apache, and Suzuki gs150r have lots of features for price and hence they give best value for your money. If you are very mileage conscious, go for a 100 cc or 125 cc bike.

In 220cc segment Karizma zmr is wonderful bike because it is less with new tech. and is new in this segment. Wait and watch Hero Honda is going to launch new sporty 150cc bike, which will brought revolutionary change in this segment where as in 125cc Glamour is good looking bike.

The best an smooth riding is always from HONDA. for 100 cc lovers there is gonna be the new “TWISTER” which is 100cc and really sexy look where it is expected to give around 60kmpl. and around 150 to 180cc lovers there is gonna be the Unicorn 180 cc launched by Aug 10. and already there is the Honda f8 1000cc in the market where it is delivered only in Mumbai and Delhi which costs 10.0000 lac. that is the really powerful bike.

i think that the r15 is the best bike availble in india becoz it has great looks, power ,mileage and lots more features .
And when you will purchase any bike then u shd take a test ride of yamaha r15 and when u ride it then it is like a normal bike under 60 kmh but when u speed up it over 60 kmh it has enormous power and u feel like u ride a true sports bike
